These terms apply to your use of this website and to all programmes and consultations offered by MVR LSM Clinic, the lifestyle & metabolic care programme of M.V.R. Medical Centre, Puducherry. By creating an account, booking or making a payment you agree to them.

1. Our programmes

• Online Health Program — a self-paced, doctor-designed programme of videos and guidance. Access is given to your account automatically once payment is successful and is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Doctor-Guided 1:1 Program — an in-person programme available only at our clinic in Puducherry. The ₹500 paid online is the consultation fee only. The programme fee, if any, is shared after your consultation and paid at the clinic. Access to the personalised videos and resources for this programme is given by our team and is valid for 1 year.

2. Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Discount codes apply only where stated — for example, the current promotional code applies only to the Online Health Program and not to doctor consultations.

3. No refunds

All payments are final. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable — this applies to the Online Health Program, the consultation fee and any programme fee. If a payment is deducted but your purchase or booking is not confirmed due to a technical error, contact us and we will either confirm it or reverse the duplicate charge.

4. Consultations

Consultations are scheduled for the date and time you select, subject to the doctor’s availability. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you. If you cannot attend, inform us at least 24 hours before your slot and we will try to arrange another time; missed consultations are not refundable.

5. Your account

Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing your login, or recording, downloading, copying or distributing programme videos or materials, is not permitted. Videos carry a personal watermark, and we may suspend access where misuse is found.

6. Medical disclaimer

Our programmes support, and do not replace, your ongoing medical treatment. Do not stop or change any medication without advice from your treating doctor. In an emergency, contact your nearest hospital immediately.

7. Content

All videos, text, diet plans and other materials on this site belong to M.V.R. Medical Centre and are protected by copyright.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Puducherry have jurisdiction.
