1. Online Health Program
If the program is not right for you, request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the content.
2. What is not refundable
We cannot refund once more than 25% of the program has been completed, or after the 7-day period has passed.
3. Doctor consultations
Consultations may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments without notice are not refundable. If the doctor cannot attend, you are offered a new slot or a full refund.
4. How to request
Send your order details and reason through our contact page. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
