1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Vitalis website and any program you purchase from us. By enrolling you agree to them.

2. Enrolment and access

When your payment is confirmed you receive access to the program you purchased. Access is granted to you personally and must not be shared, resold or transferred.

3. Medical disclaimer

Our programs are educational and supportive. They do not replace diagnosis, treatment or the instructions of your treating doctor. Never stop or change prescribed medication based on program content. If you feel unwell, seek medical care.

4. Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The consultation fee and the program fee are separate and are stated separately.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

6. Intellectual property

All program material, video, diet charts and notes remain the property of Vitalis. You may use them for your own health. You may not copy, record, redistribute or publish them.

7. Suspension

We may withdraw access if these terms are breached, including sharing of login details or program material.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
